4) Customer Responsibilities
To help ensure safe and successful transport, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including (as applicable):

Locomotive scale/specs and overall dimensions/weight

Loading/unloading conditions and access (ramps, gates, terrain, grade, clearance, etc.)

Pickup/delivery contact information and availability

Any special handling instructions, fragile components, or disassembly needs

Proof of ownership/authorization to release the item (if requested)
You are responsible for removing or securing loose items and accessories unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5) Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations
Payment terms will be stated on your invoice, estimate, or written confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit may be required to reserve a transport date.

Remaining balance may be due before pickup, at pickup, or upon delivery, depending on the job.

Late payments may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule, fees may apply based on timing, route commitments, reserved labor, and non-refundable costs already incurred. Any cancellation terms will be provided with your written confirmation.
6) Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, law enforcement actions, acts of God, supply shortages, or other events that make performance impractical or unsafe.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes and reschedule as needed.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
